If you're eager to see Mets prospect Peter Alonso, you can watch him play on Sunday, July 15 in the Futures Game -- taking place during All-Star Sunday prior to the All-Star Game on Tuesday, July 17.

Alonso battered pitching at Double-A Binghamton before his promotion, hitting .314/.440/.573 with 15 homers. MLB prospects expert Jim Callis went as far to say that he may well be the league's top first base prospect.
