Enes Kanter already has his life after basketball planned.
He is going to join the WWE.
The 26-year-old Knicks center spoke about his obsession for professional wrestling in a recent profile with Vice, in which he revealed he is already talking to WWE executives about becoming a wrestler.
"I'm actually talking to the people over there now. Vince McMahon, he knows me," Kanter said. "I had dinner with (Paul Heyman) two, three days ago. I asked him how long he's gonna do this and he said 'as long as Brock (Lesnar) goes, I go, and then I'm with you.' I'm like yes! Seriously. I'm really serious about it."
Kanter, who stands at 6-foot-11 and 245 pounds, certainly has the stature to enter the WWE and has already demonstrated he has a flare to capture an audience, too.
While at the University of Kentucky in 2010, Kanter introduced himself as The Undertaker at the team's Big Blue Madness event.
"It was funny as hell, and the fans flipped out," Kentucky head coach John Calipari said. "There were people falling from the upper deck to the lower deck when he came out."
In addition to his wrestling aspirations, Kanter also revealed a budding Twitter friendship with MTV's Jersey Shore star Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, whom he has recently been messaging over DM.
"I'm talking to Mike The Situation!" Kanter said. "He said 'let me know when you have some tickets when the season starts, I will bring Vinnie and the wifey.' That's my man."
Kanter may have to wait a bit on those tickets, though. "The Situation" was recently sentenced to prison for eight months for tax evasion.
