On Thursday, the MLB Network put out their list of the Top 100 players in baseball right now.
Coming in at No. 8 overall is Mets star pitcher Jacob deGrom.
In 2019, deGrom won his second-straight NL Cy Young Award, going 11-8 with a 2.43 ERA and 255 strikeouts in just 204 IP.
The righty led the entire National League in strikeouts for the first time in his career. He was ranked as the second-best pitcher in the MLB, and just one spot behind Yankees' Gerrit Cole.
Joining deGrom in the Top 100 list are three Mets: Michael Conforto (No. 79), Jeff McNeil (No. 49), and Pete Alonso (No. 24).
