Mets second baseman Robinson Cano left Sunday's game against the Reds, after his left foot was hit by a pitch in the third inning.

X-Rays on Cano's left toe came back negative, the Mets said. In the meantime, J.D. Davis entered the game for Cano, heading into left field, with Jeff McNeil taking over at second base.

Cano hit an RBI double in his first at-bat in the first inning before exiting the game.
