Knox shines as Knicks defeat Hawks in first Summer League game

Knicks first-round draft pick Kevin Knox scored 22 points and had eight rebounds to lead New York to a 91-89 win over the Atlanta Hawks in Las Vegas Summer League.

Damyean Dotson had 13 points to go along with eight rebounds and four assists, while Troy Williams scored 17 points offf the bench. Mitchell Robinson had nine points and eight rebounds.

Alonzo Trier scored 15 points, grabbed six rebounds, and had three steals and four assists. 

The Knicks will face the Utah Jazz on Sunday at 9 p.m. in their second Summer League game.
