Things to know about Sunday's game

1. New York trailed 38-20 at the end of the first quarter and 82-46 at halftime. Los Angeles went on a 44-22 run that lasted nearly the entire second quarter to take an 82-44 lead.

2. Damyean Dotson and Noah Vonleh each scored 17 points for the Knicks, who "trail" the Phoenix Suns by 0.5 games for the worst record in the league

3. Dennis Smith Jr. scored eight points on 3-of-10 shooting, while Luke Kornet and Henry Ellenson combined for five points on 0-for-7 shooting.

4. Landry Shamet scored 21 points 7-of-11 shooting from 3-point range. Danilo Gallinari scored 20 points, while Lou Williams and Montrezl Harrell each added 18 for the Clippers, who are currently in sole possession of the No. 7 seed in the Western Conference.
