The Jets and Ravens could be the final two teams in it at the end for Bell, suggests NFL.com's Ian Rapoport, who says while the Jets have upped their offer, Bell "has indicated to some friends around the league" how much he likes Baltimore.
However, Mike Florio of ProFootballTalk reports that the Ravens haven't had any negotiations with Bell, suggesting that they're being floated as a serious suitor in order to drive the price up.

The market for Bell hasn't been as robust as expected, reports SNY's Ralph Vacchiano, with sources telling him the Jets are still involved along with multiple teams. While Bell's market hasn't been as big as expected, the deal he signs could still be huge, adds Vacchiano, who says the Jets, Dolphins, Raiders, 49ers, and Bears have all been involved.

Bell tweeted, "I'm sooooo torn right now," likely in regards to which team he wants to join. After someone suggested he just flip a coin, he later tweeted, "lol that would be easy if it was just between 2," indicating he is weighing offers from several teams.
March 11, 4:04 PM:
Multiple NFL sources have told SNY's Ralph Vacchiano that the Jets are believed to be the favorites to land Bell. The Bears, 49ers, Eagles and Raiders are other teams Vacchiano has heard are interested to some extent. Notably, Vacchiano has heard nothing connecting Bell to the Colts, which was the team he was thought to desire playing for the most.

The Raiders may be a longshot for Bell because they lack the "real cash" (not salary cap space) to get it done, reports Chris Mortensen.
Meanwhile, the Eagles have interest in Bell but would be more of a dark horse candidate to land him, reports Matt Verderame of FanSided.
March 11, 9:06 AM:
With Bell expected to have "tons" of suitors, one sleeper team for him could be the Raiders, reports Ian Rapoport of NFL.com. Rapoport notes that the Raiders are willing to spend on Bell even after swinging a trade for WR Antonio Brown.
March 6, 6:49 PM:
Bell and Adams kept engaging with one another on Twitter, with Adams playfully him out before Bell responded and rhetorically asked how Adams would feel if a few of the biggest free agents wound up with the Jets.

The Jets have what it takes to land the 28-year-old Bell, SNY's Ralph Vacchiano reported.
