SNY, the official television home of the New York Jets and all things New York sports, announced today its exclusive coverage for Draft Day. On Thursday, April 29, Jets Nation: Draft Day Special Presented by Dunkin’ will air at 7:00 PM live on SNY. Draft Day coverage will continue live at midnight with a half-hour recap show and will conclude on Sunday, April 28 at 6:00 PM with a one-hour special.

The one-hour Jets Nation: Draft Day Special Presented by Dunkin’ will be hosted by Steve Gelbs. Gelbs, SNY’s Mets Field Reporter since 2015, will extend his role as host of SNY’s Jets studio programming. This includes SNY’s exclusive pre- and post-game shows throughout the Jets season.
“This expanded role means a lot to me,” said Gelbs. “Growing up, my Sundays were spent at The Meadowlands with my family. Section 320, Row 22 was like a second home for us. As a lifelong Jets fan, I know the unique passion of this fan base, and I understand the importance of strong programming to reflect it. I can’t wait to get going.”
For Draft Day, Gelbs will be joined by former New York Jets Bart Scott, Braylon Edwards and Leger Douzable. SNY’s NFL Insider Ralph Vacchiano and Draft Analysts Rich Cirminiello and Connor Rogers will take viewers inside the Jets war room and provide inside analysis on the players being targeted. SNY’s Jeane Coakley will have 1-on-1 interviews with Jets executives and the Jets draft picks as they are selected.
