Nets G Spencer Dinwiddie has been guaranteed a $1.65 million salary for the upcoming season, reports Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, citing sources.
Dinwiddie, 25, played 80 games last season during what was his best season, by far. He averaged a career-high 12.6 points, 6.6 assists, and 3.2 rebounds per game. It was his second season with the Nets after spending his first two NBA seasons with the Pistons.
Dinwiddie responded to the news via Twitter, calling it a "blessing."
