"there are no other mets IN NY. what else would we be a fan of??" - too_old_for_memes

"I'm optimistic with Max Hollein named as the new skipper. I think we need to give him time to right the ship. This franchise has always been focused on it's French Impressionists and with Monet, Manet, Degas, Cezanne and Matisse rounding out our starting five we just need some focus paid on our East Asian collections and Ancient Egyptian collections. I think we can all agree we just need to stop spending our whole bankroll on Roman antiquities though. Let's go MET!" - pepperman7

"As a Nats fan I'll be sorry to see you all go. Every time I get frustrated about how our season is going I remind myself it could be worse... much, much worse... I could be a Marlins fan... or live in Philly." - Hokie200proof

"This feels strangely cathartic. Thank you." - tringles
