Things to know about Monday's game

1. The Knicks trailed by four midway through the third quarter, but Sacramento went on a 21-11 run that bled into the fourth to take a 94-80 lead with 10:04 remaining.

2. Coupled with the Suns' upset win over the Milwaukee Bucks, who own the NBA's best record, the Knicks fell to 13-51, 0.5 games behind Phoenix in the standings.

3. Allonzo Trier scored a game-high 29 points off the bench while Dennis Smith Jr. scored 18 for New York, which has lost three straight.

4. Buddy Hield scored 28 points while Harrison Barnes recorded a 22-point, 10-rebound double-double for the Kings, who remain in the No. 9 spot in the Western Conference.
