Carlos Beltran was one of the best two-way players the Mets ever had, could be headed for the Hall-of-Fame, and is now being brought in as the Mets' new manager.

Beltran hit .280/.369/.500 with 149 HR, 208 doubles, and 559 RBI in 839 games during his seven seasons in Queens (2005-2011) while playing exceptional defense in center field.

Along the way, he helped guide the Mets to the postseason in 2006 and is one of the reasons why they reached Game 7 of the NLCS that season against the Cardinals.
