Add the Mets to the group of teams that have reopened their spring training facilities for players on a limited basis.

The state of Florida, like many others, is allowing facilities to open up for sports teams, and the Mets told Newsday's Tim Healey on Tuesday that Clover Park in Port St. Lucie "is available for players who reside locally."

Mets C Wilson Ramos was seen there on Tuesday working out in the gym.

"Finally, finally we're here," he said on his Instagram story. "Port St. Lucie, doing what we love to do."

Ramos is among the Mets who are still local near Port St. Lucie. Jeff McNeil, Brandon Nimmo, Michael Wacha, and Luis Guillorme are among those close enough to use the facility as well.

But the rest of the Mets might be heading down to Florida very soon, depending on what happens with the negotiations for the new season. Both sides -- MLB and the MLBPA -- continue to negotiate, hoping to find common ground in the end. SNY's Andy Martino said he's at "102 percent" that a season will take place, during a recent Baseball Night in New York: Living Room Edition

Whenever details for the season are hammered out, the Mets do plan to have players return to Port St. Lucie to begin preparation for when regular-season games start up. In the meantime, those who are close could be like Ramos and head to Clover Park to get some work in.
