Prior to Wednesday's matchup with the Los Angeles Angels, the Yankees announced that Justin Wilson has been reinstated from the 10-day IL.
The lefty went to the IL with a hamstring strain and made a few rehab starts over the last week before being activated.
Wilson is 1-1 with a 6.08 ERA and 12 strikeouts in 15 appearances this season.
The Yankees also got RHP Darren O'Day (rotator cuff strain) back from the IL as well earlier this week.
The Bombers, 41-38, will take as many reinforcements they can get as they try to salvage their season before they fall even further down in the AL standings.
