Mets infielder/outfielder Jeff McNeil and Yankees reliever Tommy Kahnle are among 30 MLB players who will be representing their team in a new MLB The Show video game league put together in coordination with MLB and the MLBPA, it was announced Friday.
The league, with games shown via Twitch, is scheduled to run until early-May.
SNY has been running a live simulation of the Mets' 2020 regular season on MLB The Show, matching up with their schedule and airing each game day/night on SNY's YouTube and Twitter pages.
Below are all the players participating in the new MLB The Show league:
National League East: Luke Jackson (Atlanta Braves), Ryne Stanek (Miami Marlins), Jeff McNeil (Mets), Juan Soto (Washington Nationals), Rhys Hoskins (Philadelphia Phillies).
National League Central: Josh Hader (Milwaukee Brewers), Matt Carpenter (St. Louis Cardinals), Ian Happ (Chicago Cubs), Cole Tucker (Pittsburgh Pirates), Amir Garrett (Cincinnati Reds).
