The Knicks' odds to sign free agent to-be Kevin Durant have worsened, relatively speaking.

A week after they were favored to land Durant after he suffered what would become a ruptured Achilles tendon, the Knicks are now considered co-favorites with the Golden State Warriors at +150 to land Durant, according to Odds Shark.

The same sports book last week listed the Knicks at -175 odds and the Warriors at +210.

Odds Shark increased the Clippers' odds from +500 to +300 while decreasing the Nets' odds from +700 to +1,000 and the Lakers' odds from +750 to +1,000 after they reportedly traded for Anthony Davis.

Durant, who is expected to miss the entire 2019-20 season, has a $31.5 million player option for next season, however he reportedly would only opt in as a "last resort."

Based on the NBA's current collective bargaining agreement, the Warriors can offer Durant a five-year, $221 million max deal, while any other team, including the Knicks, can offer a four-year, $164 million max deal.

Sources told SNY's Ian Begley last week that even though Durant's ruptured Achilles would keep him out for most, if not all, of the first year of a contract, some people in the Knicks organization would still feel comfortable adding the two-time Finals MVP in free agency.
