Tom Brady made fans wonder what his plans are for the future, after teasing a Super Bowl commercial on Twitter.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport mentioned that it is a real possibility that Brady could return to New England.

Sources say that the Patriots are willing to pay Brady in excess of $30 million per year to keep him, according to Rapoport.

"He wants a commitment for them to spend specifically on weapons for this offense, something they tried to do last year with Antonio Brown but did not work," Rapoport said.

The most money that Brady has ever earned in a single season from the Patriots was $23 million in 2019.

However, Brady could entertain his options to play elsewhere, as there are certainly teams that would be interested in him.

"Los Angeles Chargers have emerged as a legitimate option for Brady," Rapoport said. "They're going to be among the teams attempting to make a push for him. And they have everything that he would want, and that is a team ready to win right away."

ESPN's Adam Schefter said that there may be another team in the AFC West that could be interested in Brady if he decides to move on from the Patriots.

"The Raiders are poised to pursue quarterback Tom Brady if he doesn't re-sign with the Patriots before free agency begins, league sources told ESPN," Schefter said.
