Bovada recently released their updated odds for who will be crowned 2020 AL East champion, and despite MLB looking at a shortened season, the Yankees are still the heavy favorite.

According to Bovada, the Bombers are -450 to win the division, giving them significantly better odds than the rest of the AL East teams.

The Rays are next at the list at +375, the Red Sox (now without Mookie Betts and Chris Sale) are +1000, the Blue Jays are +3300, and the Orioles round out the list at +25000.

The last time we checked in on the odds, BetOnline.ag had the Yankees at -500 on February 26, with the Rays at +400. So while there wasn't any significant change, the Yankees' latest odds are just a bit worse than they were a month ago.

Of course, there's still so much up in the air regarding the 2020 season due to the current coronavirus outbreak, and it's difficult to know how much (if any) baseball will be played in 2020.

But, if and when the 2020 season gets underway, the Yankees will still be big-time favorites to capture the AL East title.
