The Mets have reshaped their roster over the last year and change, saying goodbye to some familiar faces (some beloved, some not) in the process. Every week, we'll take a look at how some of those former Mets are performing with their new teams...

Asdrubal Cabrera, Nationals

Cabrera has had a relative resurgence since joining the Nationals, going 9-for-26 with five RBI in eight games. He singled in his only at-bat on Sunday and added two multi-hit games to his ledger in the past week.

Justin Dunn, Mariners (minors)

Dunn turned in a quality start for Double-A Arkansas on Thursday, but was saddled with the loss following a six-inning outing against Northwest Arkansas. He allowed three runs on four hits with two walks and six strikeouts. On the season, Dunn is 7-5 with a 3.70 ERA and 138 strikeouts in 116.2 innings.

Jarred Kelenic, Mariners (minors)

The 20-year-old Kelenic is rocketing through the Mariners' farm system, joining Dunn in Double-A Arkansas on Aug. 11, the third level at which he's played this season. He has six hits in 30 at-bats with Arkansas, but launched his first Double-A home run on Friday.

Matt Harvey, Athletics

Matt Harvey has found a new home in Oakland, after agreeing to a minor-league deal with the team earlier this week. Ironically, he was assigned to Triple-A Las Vegas and made his debut Saturday night. He tossed four scoreless innings, allowing just two hits while striking out five.

Jay Bruce, Phillies

Bruce returned from the injured list last week with an 0-for-3 performance before being promptly returned to the IL with a flexor strain in his left elbow. He would have been eligible to come off the injured list on Sunday, but he remains out of the Phillies lineup. The left-hander is hitting .228/.276/540 in 285 at bats between the Mariners and Phillies this season.

Kevin Plawecki, Indians

Plawecki has a .210/.283/.323 slash line with two home runs and 12 RBI in just 137 plate appearances with Cleveland this season. He went 1-for-8 in the three games in which he appeared this week.

Curtis Granderson, Marlins

Granderson appeared in all six Marlins games this week, but was simply a one-at-bat pinch-hitter in four of them. He got just 10 at-bats on the week, but did collect hits in four of them. He's slashing a meager .186/.280/.373 in 279 at-bats this season.

Travis d'Arnaud, Rays

Regression has finally caught up to d'Arnaud, who joined the Rays in May and quickly became one of the team's best hitters. However, in his last 15 games, he's hitting just .226/.311/.302 in 53 at-bats. D'Arnaud has knocked in 46 runs in 64 games with the Rays this season.

Wilmer Flores, Diamondbacks

After battling back from a fractured leg suffered earlier this season, Flores has finally found his power stroke. He has four home runs in his last five games, including a two-homer effort against the Giants on Friday. He followed that up on Saturday with a 4-for-5 performance. In his three starts against San Francisco this weekend, the 28-year-old went 8-for-13 with three home runs.
