The Brooklyn Cyclones, the Short Season-A affiliate of the Mets, won the New York-Penn League with Tuesday's 4-3 win over the Lowell Spinners at MCU Park in New York.

Brooklyn, which possesses some of the Mets' top prospects, came back from down 3-2 in the seventh inning with a two-run bottom frame.

LF Antoine Duplantis, who went 2 for 4, knocked in one of his two RBI when he lined a triple down the right-field line and scored CF Jake Mangum.

3B Yoel Romero stepped up next with his timely first hit of the night when he knocked an RBI single on a ground ball to left field and scored Duplantis.

Earlier in the bottom of the second inning, the Cyclones struck first and led 2-0 on Mangum's RBI single and a fielder's choice by Duplantis that scored RF Ranfy Andon.

Among the Mets' top 30 prospects for 2019, Mangum (No. 24 overall, No. 4 OF) went 2 for 3 with an RBI and run scored.

Elsewhere in the Cyclones' lineup, DH Brett Baty (No. 2 overall, No. 1 3B) -- whom the Mets promoted Aug. 9 with RHP Matthew Allan -- went 1 for 3 with three strikeouts but drew a walk and scored a run.

Allan (No. 4 overall, No. 1 RHP), who doubles as the Mets' top pitching prospect, entered in the top of the fourth inning and logged 3.0 perfect frames.

Among the highlights from his nine straight retired in just 24 pitches, he struckout two and touched 97 mph on the radar gun. Allan set the stage for RHP Mitch Ragan (1.0 inning), who got the win, before LHP Andrew Edwards (2.0 innings) recorded the save.
