An arrest warrant has been issued for Giants cornerback DeAndre Baker.

Baker is facing four charges of armed robbery and four charges of aggravated assault, stemming from an incident at a party in Florida on late Wednesday/early Thursday.

Per the warrant, Baker and Seattle Seahawks cornerback Quinton Dunbar (who is also facing four counts of armed robbery), were partying in Miramar, Fla. on Wednesday when an argument broke out. Pointing a semi-automatic weapon, Baker allegedly directed Dunbar and two others to take money and valuables from the others in attendance.

"We are aware of the situation," the Giants said in a team statement. "We have been in contact with DeAndre. We have no further comment at this time."

Baker allegedly stole $12,400 in cash from four people and four watches ranging in price from $600 to $25,000 (total value of the watches: $61,100, per the warrant). The warrant said Baker, Dunbar and an unidentified third man wearing a red mask committed the crimes.

Witnesses say Baker instructed the man in the red mask to shoot several of the victims, but he did not.

The warrant also states that a witness saw Baker and Dunbar at a different party in Miami "about two days ago," a party at which the witness claims Baker and Dunbar had lost about $70,000.

Baker, the 30th overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft out of Georgia, played in all 16 games for the Giants last season and made 15 starts.
