For the first time in over 23 years, the Giants will not have a player represent them in the 2020 Pro Bowl, as zero members of Big Blue were given the invite to go down to Orlando this season.

The last time the Giants didn't send anyone to the Pro Bowl was back in 1996--Saquon Barkley, who was named a fourth alternate at running back for the NFC, wasn't even born yet when that happened.

In addition to Barkley, Riley Dixon was named a fourth alternate at punter for the NFC.

Between which team makes it to the Super Bowl from the NFC, what injuries may occur and just who might decline the invite, it is still possible that Dixon or Barkley make an appearance in Orlando, but it is still a telling tale of what the rest of the league thinks about the Giants' roster.

Last season, Barkley, Aldrick Rosas and former strong safety Landon Collins made the Pro Bowl out right, while Michael Thomas and former defensive end Olivier Vernon were named alternates.

Barkley, who was most notably the NFC Offensive Rookie of the Year last season after a record setting first-year campaign, missed a few games this season with a high-ankle sprain and hasn't been the same since returning from the injury.

He was expected to solidify himself as one of the best running backs in the league this season, but that notion is still maybe up in the air.
