Estevan Florial, OF, High-A Tampa (No. 1, MLB No. 48) -- ETA 2021
Florial returned from the IL after recuperating from a non-displaced right wrist fracture that he sustained crashing into the outfield wall toward the end of spring training. Florial got off to a very nice start, going 6-for-20 with two doubles and a home run in six games. He has already swiped three bases, too.
Albert Abreu, RHP, Double-A Trenton (No. 3) -- ETA 2020
Abreu tossed 68 pitches in an abbreviated start that lasted just 3.0 innings. He surrendered one run on six hits (two homers) and two walks, while striking out two batters.
Deivi Garcia, RHP, Double-A Trenton (No. 4) - ETA 2020
Garcia pitched around four hits and four walks, while allowing zero runs in 4.1 innings in his latest outing. Garcia, who struck out four in the game, lowered his ERA to 2.97 in 30.1 innings with Trenton.
Trevor Stephen, RHP, Double-A Trenton (No. 8) -- ETA 2020
Stephen notched his first win of the season hurling 5.0 scoreless innings of two-hit ball, while throwing just 56 pitches. He did not walk a batter and struck out one in what was by far his best outing of the season. He takes a 5.40 ERA in 33.1 innings into his next start.
Roansy Contreras, RHP, Low-A Charleston (No. 10) -- ETA 2022
Contreras was fantastic in his latest effort, in which he threw 7.0 shutout innings. Contreras scattered four hits and walked just two batters, while striking out three to earn his fourth win of the season.
Nick Nelson, RHP, Double-A Trenton (No. 11) -- ETA 2020
Nelson returned to the Thunder after a rehab game with High-A Tampa and tossed 4.1 innings in which he allowed three runs on five hits. He walked two hitters and struck out four.
Luis Gil, RHP, Low-A Charleston (No. 13) -- ETA 2022
Gil gave up two runs on five hits and three walks in 5.1 innings of a no-decision. He struck out five batters in the game. Gil owns a 2.08 ERA and has allowed hitters a minuscule .183 bat-ting average across 47 2/3 innings, in which he has 63 strikeouts.
Luis Medina, RHP, Low-A Charleston (No. 14) -- ETA 2022
Medina was strong in his last start, striking out nine batters, while walking just two (he had walked at least five batters in each of his previous five starts) in 5.0 innings.
Garrett Whitlock, RHP, Double-A Trenton Thunders (No. 16) -- ETA 2019
Whitlock turned in another solid performance, allowing one run on four hits and two walks in 6.0 innings of work. He struck out three batters and lowered his season ERA to 3.04 in 47.1 innings for Trenton.
Chance Adams, RHP, Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre (No. 20) -- ETA 2019
Adams' resurgence continued in his latest start, in which he threw 7.0 scoreless innings (3 H, 1 BB and 2 K) to pick up his fourth win of the season. Adams' ERA is down to 3.35 in 43.0 innings with the RailRiders. And with the Yankees' currently depleted rotation, the 24-year-old could be back in the Bronx soon.
