Yankees OF Clint Frazier is finally returning to baeball activities, as he is begins a rehab assignment with High-A Tampa on Thursday, according to Nick Flammia of the Tampa Tarpons.

Frazier will DH in the second hole for the first game of a doubleheader down in Tampa.

The 23-year-old outfielder has been dealing with post-concussion migraines, which stems from his initial concussion that came during Spring Training. He left a Triple-A game on July 19 with concussion symptoms, and has been on the disabled list since.

It turns out Frazier had been dealing with migraines while up with the Yankees before his demotion. He has since been working his way back from them, and taking part in rehab games is the final step before he can be cleared to join the Yankees in Septemeber when rosters expand.

Frazier has played just 15 games with the Yankees this season, as he bounced back and forth from the minors to the big club. He owns a .265/.390/.353 slash line with three doubles and an RBI in 41 plate appearances.
