Ahead of Sunday's regular season home finale against the Blue Jays, the Yankees will hold a pre-game ceremony for CC Sabathia, who is retiring from baseball after 19 years in the game.

Now that his final start is in the books, Sabathia will be a designated "bullpen guy" over the remaining games of the season, and into the postseason, leading some to question whether he could return to the Yankees in a similar role next season.

That isn't something he's considering.

"Come back and play? Helllllllllllllllllll no," Sabathia said, as reported by Lindsey Adler of the Athletic.

Now that CC Sabathia is a "bullpen guy," he was asked if he could come back next year to be a lefty specialist.

Sabathia, who came to New York in 2009 and has been in pinstripes ever since, was recently asked if he has begun to think about the Hall of Fame and his chances of making it in.

"This year I have been. Everybody's talking about it. I've seen all the parties and stuff. I love parties, so it would be fun to get in."

With a career 3.74 ERA, over 3000 strikeouts and overall record of 251-161, Sabathia's chances of making the Hall seem pretty likely, especially considering his contributions to the 2009 World Series team, and the possibility of another ring this season currently in the works.
