As the July 31 trade deadline approaches, Yankees top prospect Estevan Florial's name is sure to come up.

The 21-year-old outfielder is hitting .229/.282/.359 with four home runs and 17 RBI in 34 games this season with High-A Tampa.

While the numbers do not quite jump off the stat sheet, it is just the 34 games played this season -- and just 84 last season -- that really seems to stick out to evaluators.

"He's got five tools. He's got hittability, he's got power, he's got defense, he's got a plus arm and he's a plus, plus runner. I've never doubted his physical tools," one scout told Mark Fischer of The Post. "I am concerned about his ability to stay healthy."

Florial missed the first two months of the season with a broken right wrist when he attempted to make a leaping grab at a fly ball in Spring Training. It was the same wrist that he needed surgery on last year when he had a fractured hamate bone. He has played in at least 100 games in a single season just once since joining the Yankees' farm system in 2015.

"When you know you're far form the field, it's kind of frustrating," Florial told The Post over the phone.

Florial's minor league manager, Aaron Holbert, can relate.

"I was a guy that was often injured and it's tough," Holbert, a former first-round pick who played just 23 MLB games, said. "It's tough, year after year, you set goals for yourself, you have an idea of where you want to end up."

Still, Florial remains the top prospect in the Yankees' farm system, per MLB Pipeline, and his potential has yet to be tapped. He just needs to stay healthy to prove what he can do.

"I just want to see him stay on the field for 140 games, get 600 at-bats," the scout said. "And I think you'll see a player put together some impressive offensive numbers.
