Michael Conforto gave another Pirates pitcher nightmares on Sunday.
After knocking a home run on Saturday to break a scoreless game in the sixth inning en route to a win, Conforto did the same on Sunday, but much sooner.
In the first inning against the Pirates at Citi Field, Conforto crushed a two-run homer off of Chris Archer. The knock started a six-run inning for the Mets.
Conforto's 20th homer of the season scored Jeff McNeil as well, who was hit by a pitch and later left the game with a bruised shin.
