The Jets won't be making the playoffs in Adam Gase's first season at the helm. While they have a chance to play spoiler on Sunday against the Steelers, the game also gives the Jets a chance to show how their offense can fare against a Pittsbugh defense that ranks fourth in the NFL in yards allowed per game.

"The worst part for the Jets, though, is the Steelers have a legit, good defense. With all of their quarterback troubles, that's why they're in the playoff race right now," said SNY's Ralph Vacchiano.

"And for the Jets, when you're looking at these last two games, what you want to see more than anything is some offensive, positive things. Anything. Their offense just hasn't shown a lot of life this season, and now they come off a game when they were absolutely destroyed. You want to see them against a good defense really do something, something to get people to believe in this Adam Gase offense."
