Eli Manning made the most of what was potentially his final home game playing for the Giants.
The 16th-year veteran, thrown back into the starting role for the second straight week as rookie Daniel Jones continues to recover from his sprained left ankle, helped snap New York's nine-game losing streak.
While he was by no means perfect, completing 20 of 28 passes (71.4 percent) for 283 yards and two touchdowns but throwing three interceptions, Manning did more than enough to fuel the Giants' emotional 36-20 win over the Miami Dolphins (3-11).

After he made his exit off the field and into the tunnel to cheers from the remaining fans at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, Manning met his teammates in the locker room, where he was awarded the game ball by second-year head coach Pat Shurmur.
"That was a hell of a day, right?" Shurmur said. "You fought hard. We played together. We made enough plays. We got down. We got back up. And then we took control of the game and we won it, right? And this guy has gotten many game balls, but let's give him one more -- Eli Manning."
The locker room erupted in cheers as Manning embraced Shurmur for a hug, followed by pleas from his teammates to give a speech -- and he obliged.
"I love you guys," Manning said. "I appreciate it. This is a special win, man. They're all special. So all of them are tough. Doesn't matter what the feeling is -- what the season's going -- there's not a better feeling than a win in the locker room on a Sunday, boys. So I appreciate this one. It's special. And let's keep it rolling, all right? I'll see y'all Wednesday."
