The UConn Huskies defeated St. Peter's, 66-56, on Tuesday night. Though they had a commanding lead for the majority of the night, head coach Dan Hurley wants to see his team improve their ball security, as the Huskies turned the ball over 26 times.

"A lot of work to do with our ball security right now," Hurley said, "The last two games, it's been a really poor reflection of my ability to get my team to be strong with the ball and make good decisions."

Hurley did praise his group's defense, though, as the Huskies held the Peacocks to just 38.6 percent shooting from the floor.

"Defensively, we were really good for the most part, and we have to be a top-30, top-35 team to have a surprisingly good season because offensively we've got a ways to go down on that end of the court," said Hurley.
