A suprise guest made its way to MetLife Stadium Monday night, when a black cat jumped onto the field in the second quarter of the Giants' game against the Cowboys.
The cat showed excellent lateral movement, getting to the outside before cutting back to the middle and finding its way into the end zone.

As it turns out, the cat may be a resident of MetLife Stadium, and popped out to see what all the fuss was about.
Asked building security about the black cat on the field: Apparently there are some resident stray cats at MetLife- they usually come out after the game, people feed them, etc. They live in the bleachers, I'm told this one must have gotten startled out by fan noise #journalism
