In case anyone out there was still wondering if Aroldis Chapman is staying in shape, please continue reading.

Chapman, the Yankees' closer known for pumping 100 mph-plus gas on a regular basis, posted a video of his sparring in what appears to be the driveway of his home.

A shirtless Chapman throws some powerful left-handed blows in the video, showing off an impressive physique.

"Don't know about you guys, loosening the arms!!!" the lefty tweeted.

Standing in the box as a hitter against Chapman can't be any fun, as he hurls a mix of high-octane heat and nasty breaking balls toward the plate. But standing in the boxing ring against him doesn't look like a picnic, either.

In three-and-a-half seasons with the Yankees, Chapman has recorded 111 saves while pitching to a 2.51 ERA. He's also struck out 13.8 batters per nine innings during his career in pinstripes.
