The Knicks were blown out by the Grizzlies on their home court Wednesday night, 127-106. But that wasn't even the most embarrassing thing that happened.
There was a fight. There were cold showers. And there was a deafening chant that Knicks fans have heard in The Garden before.
So with all of these humiliating moments happening in yet another Knicks loss, we're going to go ahead and rank them...
6. Marcus Morris' Apology Typo
The veteran forward went to Twitter to apologize for some very insensitive comments (which we'll get to later), and while it's good that Morris did apologize quickly for them, he should've proofread it.
Yes, we're nitpicking here but why not after what transpired last night? See if you can find the errors:
I apologize for using the term "female tendencies" I have the upmost respect for women and everything they mean to us. It was a Heat of the moment response and I never intended for any Women to feel as though in anyway I'm disrespecting them. Again I apologize with my comments.

Morris actually found one of them...
For my comments.

5. The Actual Loss
The Knicks lost their 36th game of the season against a Grizzlies team that got to an even 24-24 record with the win.
Seven Memphis players ended up with double-digit points, with Dillon Brooks totaling 27 to lead the way. Rookie of the Year contender Ja Morant had an easy 18 on 7-of-13 shooting with 10 assists as well. For the Knicks, Marcus Morris and Julius Randle had 17 and 16 points, respectively, but they were a total of 10-of-31 from the field (32 percent).
By the fourth quarter, the Knicks looked completely disinterested in the game, and the Grizzlies' Jae Crowder decided to take advantage of that despite the score being lopsided already. That leads us to our next embarrassing moment...
4. The Scuffle
With 50 seconds left in the game, the Knicks were already down, 124-106, but Crowder decided to pour salt in the wound when he stole an inbound pass and walked back to the three-point line to take a shot.
That triggered Elfrid Payton to do this...

It was a very cheap move by Crowder, who defended himself after the game, saying he plays until the final buzzer. Payton also defended his actions, telling Crowder "don't disrespect the game like that."

3. The Water Situation
The scuffle was settled down and the final buzzer finally went off on what was another rough game for the Knicks. Both teams probably wanted to hit the showers, do their quick post-game interviews, and call it a night. Well, it didn't sound like the Grizzlies could even do that first part.
Morant said that there was no hot water and terrible water pressure in the Knicks visitor's locker room.
Ja Morant says there's no hot water and only 3 drops of water coming out of the Knicks visitor showers.

"This is beyond me," he said.
The Grizzlies are actively trying to get both hot water and water pressure to take showers right now.
"I've taken cold showers before, but at least I had water pressure," Morant added.
2. "Sell the Team! Sell the Team!"
The Knicks were down bad, fans were angry, and this is something that has unfortunately become synonymous with the franchise: chants for owner James Dolan to sell the team.
A loud "Sell the team" chant rises up at MSG with Knicks down 18 and a fracas on the court just broken up. MSG starts piping in loud music to break it up. Things are not going well in New York tonight. pic.twitter.com/X9zM0VQ3Vg

1. Morris says Crowder has "female tendencies"
Reporters asked Morris about the scuffle following the game, and though you've already seen what he said on Twitter, let's hear it directly from him:
"He's got a lot of female tendencies on the court, flopping and throwing his head back...he's soft, very woman-like"

Crowder barked back on Twitter, saying "THIS IS WHAT 5-17 LOOKS LIKE.!!" in reference to Morris' shooting numbers on the night.
It truly was a poor choice of words that Morris will continue to apologize for.
