The Rangers have reportedly signed defenseman K'Andre Miller to an entry-level contract, according to USA Today's Vince Z. Mercogliano.
Miller was taken with the 22nd pick in the 2018 NHL Draft and played two seasons at the University of Wisonsin-Madison.
The 20-year old defenseman scored seven goals and dished out 11 assists for the Badgers this season. He also served as an alternate captain for Team USA in the World Juniors in Czech Republic, where the United States finished in sixth place.

Miller is the second Badger this week to sign an entry-level contract. Alex Turcotte, the fifth pick of the 2019 draft, signed a three-year deal with the Los Angeles Kings earlier this week.
Miller stands at 6'4" and is listed at 211 pounds. Entering this season, NHL.com ranked Miller as the team's fifth-best prospect, a list that included current Rangers Kaapo Kakko, Igor Shesterkin, and Adam Fox.
