After Artemi Panarin was scratched from Tuesday night's 4-2 loss to the Islanders due to an upper-body injury, he'll now miss this weekend's All-Star Game in St. Louis as well.

Panarin will be replaced by Rangers teammate Chris Kreider, who will represent the Blueshirts among the NHL's best.

Panarin, who has missed two Rangers' practices recently, has been tremendous for the Rangers since signing his very lucrative, long-term deal in the offseason. He currently ranks fifth in the NHL with 68 points, including 26 goals.

Kreider notched his 17th goal of the season on Tuesday night against the Islanders, but it wasn't enough, as the Rangers fell to the Islanders 4-2 at the Garden.
