Three of the Giants' first four picks on the first two days of the draft were defensive players. That's no surprise, since Giants GM Dave Gettleman made it clear his team lacked defensive playmakers last year.

But given Gettleman's love of "Hog Mollies" and how badly the Giants need depth along their defensive line, it's pretty clear that the Giants' "Dance of the Elephants" - as the late George Young used to call it - is coming soon.

So expect at least a couple of offensive linemen among the six picks the Giants will have on Day 3 - one in the fourth round (108), two in the fifth (143, 171), one in the sixth (180) and two in the seventh (232, 245). The Giants also could use a big receiver if they can find one and more depth on defense, too.

Here are just a few players to watch for the Giants on Day 3:

OT Isaiah Prince, Ohio State -- A three-year starter at right tackle for the Buckeyes, Gettleman will love his 6-6, 305 size. He has some technique issues, but there's more than enough talent to work with. Giants are likely to bring in a veteran at right tackle, but Prince could be the future.

OT David Edwards, Wisconsin -- The Badgers have produced some excellent Hog Mollies, and this 6-6, 308-pounder could eventually fit right in. He's a three-year starter, who was a high school quarterback, tight end and basketball player, so he's incredibly athletic. Played only 10 games due to a shoulder injury last year.

OT Paul Adams, Missouri -- He might project more as a guard than a tackle, but at 6-6, 317 there's potential on the outside. He does need to get a little stronger, though, before he can compete for a starting job.

C Lamont Gaillard, Georgia -- The best center left on the board, and the drop-off afterwards is big. He's not likely to get past the Jets early in the fourth round. Giants say they're OK at center with Jon Halapio, Spencer Pulley and Evan Brown, but that's a group crying out for some competition. This 6-3, 305-pounder is a three-year starter and team captain, which Gettleman will love.

G Michael Jordan, Ohio State -- He was a three-year starter at guard and center for the Buckeyes. The 6-6, 312-pounder is more powerful than quick and is considered raw. If he gets a little bigger, he could be a future starter.

WR Hakeem Butler, Iowa State -- The Giants like their receiving corps, but they are small. Butler is not. He's 6-5, 227 and has 4.48 speed and it's a surprise he hasn't been drafted already. Eli Manning has long needed a big target to throw to, and having one will surely help Daniel Jones' development, too.

WR Anthony Johnson, Buffalo -- He's a bit smaller (6-2, 209), but still big for the Giants' receiving corps. He might need a year to really transition to the NFL, which is fine since he wouldn't be more than the fourth receiver on this team anyway.

DE Austin Bryant, Clemson -- You can never have too many pass rushers, right? And the Giants seemed enamored by the Clemson defensive line this year. Granted, the 6-4, 271-pounder was probably the fourth best on that line, but he did have 8.5 sacks in each of the last two years. He played through a torn pec late last year, which required surgery after the season and kept him out of the combine and his Pro Day. He had Day 2 talent, and the fact that he's still available probably means teams have some medical concerns.

DE Charles Omenihu, Texas -- A raw prospect whose production didn't often match his potential in college, though he did have 9.5 sacks as a senior. He's 6-5, 280 with 4.92 speed which gives coaches a lot to work with.
