Nets Point guard Kyrie Irving will return to the court after a three-game absence, as the star didn't travel with the team during their road trip last week in order to tend to a family matter.

"Yeah, Kyrie is available, so excited to have him back tomorrow," head coach Steve Nash told reporters via Zoom. "Everyone else is still to be monitored, and we'll see how it goes. For tomorrow it's just Kyrie."

Irving has played in 31 games this season, averaging a career-high 28.1 points, 5.7 assists, and 4.8 rebounds per game. The Nets have been playing very well as of late, owning a 31-15 record and are second in the Eastern Conference standings behind the Philadelphia 76ers.

Nash would go on to give an update on Kevin Durant and guard Landry Shamet, making it clear that neither are quite ready to play just yet.

"No they won't play tomorrow, I doubt they play this week," Nash said. "Kevin played four-on-four with the guys, and looks good and is progressing. Still needs to be monitored and still need to get a certain amount of markers under his belt before we can put him in the frame again. Landry, I think needs time. It's not going to be a long term thing, but he's not available tomorrow for sure."

Durant has been out since Feb. 13 with a hamstring injury. The former MVP is averaging 29.0 points, 7.3 rebounds, and 5.3 assists per game over 19 contests.

Shamet has missed the last three games with a sprained right ankle. In his first season in Brooklyn, the guard is averaging 7.8 points per game while shooting 37.4 percent from three-point range
