The Knicks and Taj Gibson have reunited, again.

Gibson, 38, has signed a 10-day contract with the Knicks, the veteran's agency announced. The center was released by New York earlier this month before his contract was set to be guaranteed.

SNY's Ian Begley reported at the time that the move gave the Knicks flexibility to make some moves ahead of the Feb. 8 trade deadline. However, the recent injury to Julius Randle gave New York a need for some bodies as they wait for their All-NBA player to return.

In 10 games with the Knicks earlier this season, Gibson averaged 1.4 points and 1.8 rebounds while being on the floor 9.7 minutes a game.

His last meaningful minutes came against the Indiana Pacers on Dec. 30, when he was on the floor for 14 minutes.
