The Jets have agreed to a contract extension with special teams coach Brant Boyer, reports Adam Caplan of SiriusXM.

Caplan notes that multiple teams would have been interested in hirnig Boyer, whose contract had been set to expire after next season.

The 47-year-old Boyer has been with the Jets since 2016 after a stint as the Colts' assistant special teams coach from 2012 to 2015.

As the Jets look to fill out their staff under new head coach Adam Gase, here are the names being considered.
