The Jets could be without one of their better offensive linemen this week against the Miami Dolphins.

Head coach Robert Saleh said tackle George Fant is "on the fence" for Sunday with a knee injury.

Fant will not practice on Friday, but will test out the injury in the coming hours.

Gang Green has been riddled with injuries all year long - Corey Davis' (core) and Marcus Maye's (Achilles) seasons ended after undergoing surgeries, Mekhi Becton (knee) hasn't played since Week 1, Elijah Moore was on IR with a quad injury before being transferred to the reserve/COVID-19 list, and Zach Wilson missed a month with a sprained MCL. Carl Lawson tore his Achilles in training camp, as well.

The Jets currently have over $53.5 million of cap space on IR, by far the most in the NFL.

The Jets will have running backs Tevin Coleman and Michael Carter back at their disposal, though, with Carter having a "significant" role in his return from injured reserve.
