The Mets have reshaped their roster over the last year and change, saying goodbye to some familiar faces (some beloved, some not) in the process. Every week, we'll take a look at how some of those former Mets are performing with their new teams...

Adeiny Hechavarria, Braves

After being released by the Mets earlier this month, the Braves signed Hechavarria to provide a stopgap at shortstop while Dansby Swanson recovers from an injury. He contributed in a big way against his former team on Friday, doubling in the go-ahead run in the 14th inning to give the Braves a 2-1 lead and the eventual win.

Asdrubal Cabrera, Nationals

Following a lackluster first half of the season with the Rangers, Cabrera remains a productive player for the Nationals since joining them on Aug. 6. He's hitting .368/.435/.737 with two homers and 11 RBI over his last seven games.

Jarred Kelenic, Mariners (minors)

Kelenic hasn't missed a beat since his promotion to Double-A, slashing .278/.339/.556 with three homers and nine RBI in 14 games with Arkansas. Across three different levels, he has 20 home runs and 60 RBI in 110 games this season.

Justin Dunn, Mariners (minors)

Dunn turned in another quality performance for Double-A Arkansas on Wednesday, firing six innings for his eighth win of the season. He allowed two runs on four hits, walking two and striking out seven. The 23-year-old is 8-5 with a 3.67 ERA in 23 starts this season.

Matt Harvey, Athletics (minors)

Harvey made his second start with Triple-A Las Vegas on Thursday, earning the win after allowing two runs on three hits over six innings. He agreed to a minor-league contract with the A's on Aug. 14.

Kevin Plawecki, Indians

Plawecki has a .214/.283/.344 slash line with three home runs and 15 RBI in just 145 plate appearances with Cleveland this season, but delivered a two-run homer on Sunday in the Indians' 9-8 loss to the Royals.

Curtis Granderson, Marlins

Granderson has been in and out of the starting lineup for the Marlins throughout August, but has put together his best month of the season. He's still hitting just .190 on the season, but slashed .243/.404/.432 with two homers and five RBI this month.

Travis d'Arnaud, Rays

With no home runs since July 30, d'Arnaud has struggled to regain the power stroke that he showcased when he joined the Rays earlier this season. He's slashing .261/.328/.469 in 241 at-bats since his acquisition on May 11.

Wilmer Flores, Diamondbacks

After a scorching week last week, Flores hasn't played since Tuesday and says he is dealing with a back issue. He missed two months with a fractured leg earlier in the season, but has put together a .307/.353/.466 slash line in 189 at-bats this season.

Jay Bruce, Phillies

Bruce has played in just one game since July 16, thanks to two separate trips to the injured list. He made a brief return on Aug. 8, but landed back on the IL with a flexor strain in his left elbow. He's hitting .228/.276/.540 in 308 plate appearances with the Mariners and Phillies this season.
