On Thursday, recently retired Giants quarterback Eli Manning, joined by his brother Peyton Manning, joked with media about his improved golf game at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am PGA TOUR golf tournament.

"I think he might've snuck out for a couple rounds this season," Peyton Manning said.

"Had a little more free time than I wanted to," Eli Manning said. "Took advantage of it."

Eli is paired with Kevin Chappell, while Peyton is partnered up with Luke Donald.

Chappell and Manning are currently tied for eighth place with a score of -8 through Thursday.

Other celebrities participating in the tournament include Larry Fitzgerald, Wayne Gretzky, Aaron Rodgers, Tony Romo, and Justin Verlander.
