Travis d'Arnaud is back in the NL East.

Atlanta signed the former Mets catcher to a two-year contract worth $16 million, the Braves announced Sunday.

D'Arnaud, 30, ended the 2019 season with the Tampa Bay Rays and slashed .263/.323/.459 with 16 home runs and 67 RBI in 92 games.

The stint with the Rays revived d'Arnaud's seventh MLB season -- and perhaps his career -- after he started the campaign in New York.

After 10 games, the Mets traded d'Arnaud on May 10 to the Los Angeles Dodgers, who flipped him that same day to the Rays.

D'Arnaud's career kicked off with the Mets at age 24 in 2013, slashing .245/.306/.406 with 47 home runs and 162 RBI in 397 games through the 2018 season.
