Yankees OF Aaron Judge is officially back, as the team announced Tuesday he has been reinstated after suffering from a calf strain.

However, another Yankee took his spot on the IL in LHP Luis Avilan, who will stay on it for 10 days with left shoulder inflammation.

In turn, Miguel Andujar will once again be plucked out of the Alternate Training Site. He was recently up with the Yankees after DJ LeMahieu hit the IL, but after his struggles continued, he was optioned back to Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.

It is a good time for the Yankees to get Judge back, though, as LeMahieu and Gleyber Torres made it to the list while he was gone. The Yankees have been ravaged by injury, with Giancarlo Stanton, Zack Britton, James Paxton and others on the list still.

The slugger was red hot before getting hurt, leading the league in homers at the time with nine and collecting 20 RBI over his first 17 games of the season. With the Yanks looking to snap a three-game losing streak on Tuesday when they face the Atlanta Braves, Judge should be thrown into the mix to help make that happen.

Brooks Kriske was also recalled from the Alternate Training Site to give the bullpen some padding.
