On Baseball Night in NY, Eamon McAnaney, Anthony Recker, Jerry Blevins and Anthony McCarron discuss the recent reports that the New York Mets were interested in trading Jeff McNeil. Both Jerry and McCarron say that getting rid of McNeil at this point would be selling low and he deserves another chance to prove he can be the player he was in 2019. Recker mentions that the MLB lockout prevents Buck Showalter from building a relationship with McNeil to see if he fits on the 2022 team.
