While SNY NFL Insider Connor Hughes duly notes that the Jets signing of wide receiver Mike Williams was not a "bountiful one" for either side and his trade to the Steelers not a surprise, Connor would have preferred to hold on to Williams as an expensive "insurance policy," given the Jets lack of depth at the receiver position.
