SNY NFL Insider Connor Hughes remains more convinced than ever that despite signing veteran quarterback Jameis Winston to a two-year contract, they fully intend to pursue a new franchise signal-caller in this year's NFL Draft. They view Winston as a "bridge" QB while they contemplate trading up to select Colorado's Shedeur Sanders with Tennessee holding on to the No. 1 pick and drafting Miami's Cam Ward.
