The Mets' minor league prospects were all in action on Saturday including Syracuse's Nick Morabito who belted his first Triple-A home run and A.J. Ewing delivering an RBI double. Mitch Voit, the club's top pick in the 2025 MLB Draft notched his first hit as a pro in Brooklyn but St. Lucie's Cam Tilly stole the show, striking out six batters in five innings against Palm Beach.

For now, Mets star Juan Soto says he will take his strained calf "day by day" hoping for improvement and no time on the injured list.

The Mets offense finally broke out, unleashing a 10-run, 15-hit attack in a 10-3 win over the Giants. The only blemish was an apparent leg injury to Juan Soto while he was running the bases in the first inning.
