Tyrone Taylor, Mark Vientos, Luisangel Acuna and Starling Marte combined for six RBI before Brandon Nimmo capped it off with a three-run home run. Acuna added his second homer in as many nights to put New York in double figures and Mets starter Jose Quintana was the beneficiary of all this offense, scattering just two hits over seven innings as the Mets completed a three-game sweep of the Nationals.
