Mets prospects Drew Gilbert and Brandon Sproat shine for Syracuse on Sunday

On Sunday OF prospect Drew Gilbert continued to display his power, launching his 6th home run since his recent return from a severe hamstring injury. His Syracuse teammate, starter Brandon Sproat, got off to a shaky start after being promoted to Triple-A but is beginning to find his groove. He pitched 5.1 scoreless innings, striking out six in their 1-0 win over Lehigh Valley.
